For help, billing issues, account deletion questions, or data export help, email the Remember Me team. Include the email address on your account and a short description of the issue.
Remember Me does not currently send gifts, process gift-card payments, or collect group contributions. Optional text reminders are described in the Terms and can be turned on at Text reminders. For help with texts, email support@myrememberme.app or reply HELP. Remember Me does not send friend invitations by text.
