Remember Me terms

Product scope

Remember Me is a service for people, wishlists, important dates, events, and gifts. You can buy digital gift cards in Remember Me. Payments are processed by Stripe, and gift cards are issued and delivered by our gift card provider, Tremendous. The price you see at checkout includes the card value and any Remember Me service fee shown before you pay. Gift cards are subject to the issuing brand's terms. Remember Me does not hold stored funds for you. Optional text messages are described in Text messages. Remember Me does not send friend invitations by text; users send those from their own phones.

Subscriptions

Paid access is billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Access may end when a subscription is canceled, unpaid, or expired.

Text messages

Remember Me offers an optional text message program called Remember Me. If you opt in, Remember Me may send you recurring text messages about birthday and date reminders and gift card delivery notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email support@myrememberme.app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to text messages is not required to create an account, make a purchase, or use Remember Me. Agreeing to these Terms does not opt you in. You opt in only by checking the optional consent box and saving a mobile number at myrememberme.app/text-reminders or in the app under Profile, About, Text reminders. You can turn texts off in either place, or by replying STOP.

How mobile numbers and text-message consent are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

When you choose to send a gift by text, you first opt in to Remember Me texts yourself and confirm, "This person knows me and is expecting this gift." If your recipient has not opted in to Remember Me texts, they receive one text that names Remember Me and you: "Reply YES to receive your gift, STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply." We send that request once per gift. The gift text, with a claim link and no gift code or card value, is sent only after they reply YES. Replying STOP opts them out. A YES reply covers gift notices only and does not sign them up for reminders, which require their own opt-in at myrememberme.app/text-reminders. Email remains the default way to send a gift card.

Acceptable use

Do not add unlawful, abusive, or highly sensitive information. You are responsible for the accuracy of saved dates, links, and recipient details.

Availability

Remember Me is new and still growing. Features may change as we improve it.
